For the last 5 years, Andy Walker, Minister of the Gower Methodist Churches, has sponsored an orphaned student based in Zambia through his University degree course. The young man, whose name is “Best Hamuletwa”, is now in the last semester of his final Year, and Andy has a last instalment of around £1000 to raise. Arrangements for Murton on 22nd December have changed from those previously advertised.
There will now NOT be an afternoon service at 2 pm with tea and crafts.
Normal 10:30am worship and evening carols at 5:30 pm will go ahead as planned.
Messy Church will hit Pennard Community Hall between 3pm and 5 pm on Saturday 16th November. Everyone welcome.
10:45 am A short Service of Remembrance for the Community on Murton Village Green. Please will everyone make a special effort to attend. Followed by refreshments in the Community Day Rooms.
